Gathering Data (information)

Today in maths we created some surveys. We thought of a question and four options for answers. Here are some examples:

• What is your favourite park? Malvern, Hagley, Rugby or St Albans
• What is your favourite berry? raspberry, strawberry, blueberry or blackberry
• What is your favourite playground equipment? monkey bars, slide, swing or fort

After lunch we visited Room 23 and asked them our survey questions. We used a tally chart to collect the data. Next week we will make graphs to show the results.
