This past weekend Lachlan was mini groomsman at his brother's wedding in Kaikoura. Today he brought these pieces of a coconut crab shell to show us. His great aunties had brought the crabs from Niue for the wedding. Lachlan's mum said they taste a bit like crayfish, but sweeter. The crabs are able to cut into a coconut with their pincers! We're looking forward to seeing a photo of you in your groomsman outfit Lachlan!
