In Room 17 we often make our art out of recycled materials. We are trying to do our bit to save the world by reducing waste, and recycling and reusing things in our environment. The newspaper faces have the added benefit of taking something that is often filled with bad news ( a newspaper) and making it into something cheerful that makes people feel good!
In groups we wrote the instructions to go with the photos of people creating a face. We made the comic photos with speech bubbles on the laptops with Mrs Howison. We hope other people will be able to use our iMovie to create newspaper faces of their own.
