Fun Day Fursday - Part one

We had our paper dart challenges and I am pleased to share the results with
you.
Challenge One - Distance travelled from the Room 27 balcony
1st - Steffen flying Air Anton 12.7 metres
2nd - Emma S flying Air New Emma 10.9 metres
3rd - Bella S flying Air Spear 9.75 metres
4th - Max flying Air Ansell 9.5 metres

We were very pleased that Akki had designed and made this measuring wheel to help us out.







Challenge Two - Accuracy we began by trying to land the darts in the library bin in the classroom. Then we went outside and tested the accuracy of our darts by trying to land them on an odd number less than 50 on the hundreds board.

Challenge Three - Aesthetics: which you discovered means how pleasing to our eye each design was.

Estella had also made a very beautiful hangar for her aircraft.



Isaac and Emma S's plane drew in the Wild Card category. Emma's for the catchy logo she created and Isaac for the funky paper and design.
