A Terrific Towel

This is a photo of Mrs Currie's towel showing the different Olympic events. We all thought we'd like to have one like it.
I'm fascinated by the Modern Pentathlon event - it looks a bit crazy to me. 
It has been in the Olympics for 100 years although women have only been competing in it since the Sydney Olympics in 2000.
The choice of the five diverse and unrelated sports that make up the Modern Pentathlon arose out of the romantic, tough adventures of a liaison officer whose horse was brought down in enemy territory. Having defended himself with his pistol and sword, he swims across a raging river and delivers the message on foot.
